Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Cluster Scopehub educational offerings confirmed by invoice. Website pricing is informational only; no payments are processed on this site.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable template packs beyond the public samples.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment for unused seats, subject to the conditions below. Requests after a cohort ends are generally ineligible.
Full versus partial refunds
If you cancel between 13 and 7 days before start, we may offer a 50% partial refund or a credit toward a later cohort. Cancellations inside 7 days are typically converted to credit only, unless Cluster Scopehub cancels the session.
Non-refundable items
Private facilitation days already delivered, custom research packs, and third-party venue fees stated as pass-through costs are non-refundable once incurred.
Refund process
Email contact@cluster-scopehub.digital with your full name, invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.
Cancellations by Cluster Scopehub
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date at no extra seat fee.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or employer-mandated travel restrictions may qualify for flexible credit even inside the 7-day window, evaluated case by case.
